Ive encountered it a couple of times
(Im CLEARLY stating not from anyone on my review list)
I did write a review to reflect this situation previously but I didn't want to say it in a way that would cause offence ,or start a tit for tat response in the review reply feature.
However the review was not published either time I wrote it because it apparently "didn't outline clearly enough why I was not happy" with the service/was giving a red review.
If I had been an obnoxious arsehole and slated their hygiene crudely, it likely would be there now and show as red.

What do you consider to be bad hygiene ?
If a wiff of BO qualifies then yes I have encountered that. I would imagine hanging around a warm incall for a few hours doesn't help control BO.
On a couple of occasions I have encountered very unpleasant smells from sensitive areas , one of which had me heaving for days afterwards.
Having words with an escort about her hygiene-- well its bound to be a showstopper and very unpleasant too.
