Everything that surrounds sex work is illegal. Most contracts on apartments do not permit working in them or anything immoral, so it is never straight forward. Soliciting was illegal, working together illegal, renting to someone else is illegal. Very clever of course, as ppl can say 'it was never illegal' but literally the very air we breath is illegal. We have no flexibility and loop holes to convict, deport, take money etc everywhere.

They basically got thrown to the lions for someone else not being prepared to stop renting the place out when they were told to stop. I think it is dreadful that the girls got a jail sentence. It should not be illegal for 2 girls to work together. 2 girls don't make a brothel, or at least shouldn't be seen in that way, which is why the New Zealand model is the one that should have been used.

I don't share, or I should say I rarely share, but sometimes you crave human contact and you want conversation. There have been days where the only conversation I have had is on the phone to a client or during bookings. You can get stir crazy working on your own. There is no other job in this World that demands you work alone and the nature of the job often isolates you from the people you know and love. I can fully understand why some prefer to share and it's not just about sharing costs, as often you're only 20e better off a day anyway.
It doesnt matter, the facts are its one of the most commonly raided spots in Ireland and they knew that and youre wrong again, one had their name on the lease, 2 or more girls working in same apartment is seen as a brothel, that why they were jailed, for running a brothel, there were 3 there and those two young ladies were advertising as a duo too so really handing it on a plate to the judge, he made an example of them, youre forgetting again that is the law whether we like it or not

    Nor is it truly legal
Hence little protection in law, from being sometimes scammed on apartments; having money sometimes confiscated and a severe reluctance by escorts to engage with police even when serious threats have been made to their safety, due to the "demimonde" nature of the world they operate in.

Independent professional escorts should have no problem contacting the police if they are abused or robbed etc and most do it,

When it happened I asked ppl on EI for information on them, so I could give it to SWAI who wanted to help them. Where were you then with all your knowledge?

They can't give them the location of where it happened, so no they can't.
