Enhanced Boobs - I really don't like them

If done by a proper surgeon then can be hard to tell from real ones. There are different shapes too some are very natural some are like soccer balls stuck on a girls chest.
The build of the girl is important too it kind of needs to match up but some surgeons get it wrong.

a little nick/scar on the underside usually gives it away and the feel not just the same

I just find it very sad that so many beautiful women feel the need to inflate their breasts. I had a girlfriend once who had virtually no breasts only large nipples.
