Heya, I was having a couple of covos over private message (the inbox, not the chat) and just got booted to the index because I can apparently only send 10 per hour. Is this, er. Is this a restriction only on users with lower post counts or is it universal? I'll have to prioritise 'hey, email me at such and such' from here on out :P
