You're looking at your point the wrong way, it's always raining, morning noon and fucking night, yet we still have shortages in water and there are a lot of places who have a terrible standard of quality water, does that make sense?
I don't think Irish Water went about this the right way, but there's a need for this, it's not for a laugh it's being done.
It's the easiest thing in the world to be opinionated, and it's a lot harder to be informed, do the hard thing.
