Being over 50 myself I say absolutely, but not entitled to it, but able to enjoy consensual sex.

And that is really the point here. She had no problem with the ability to have a sex life before the operation and this was taken off her by something that was done to her, a human error. You can't just say that it doesn't matter, as you're 'past it' anyway and she has a right to function correctly, as she did before the op, regardless of what that function is.

Agreed, there is something very attractive about older ladies still being interested in sex. There are a few I would still love to jump myself.

No judge, male or female has the right to tell anyone when they,re too old for sex. That is a private matter for all individuals to make by their own choice, next all judges will want to be JUDGE DREDD !!!!

Our only purpose in life is to have babies, so why would we need sex once too old to have kids naturally? Heaven forbid we might do it for fun!
