Warmcome,see your gp and ask about champix tablets.I gave them up years ago with these.although ive heard they are gone [B]off the market[/B],how true this is i dont know but if i can give them up you certainly can,will power.

I smoke 15 a day, I do smoke cigarettes and cigars too but don't get the same kick outta them, its difficult to give up things that give you pleasure

I have been trying to quit smoking but with limited success. I have had a good idea though.
It's not just me that cigarettes harm, there are others and it is proven that they choke and kill.

If we ban them altogether, then we as a society can cut this habit together?

Still too much demand for them.
Banning outright would fill the pockets of smugglers and gangsters or even lead to them being made "underground with even more unsafe ingredients.
