    Default Weighty Issues

    I've put on few stone recently and got a right belly on me,
    I've decided to lose the belly and get fitter before I visit another escort, well thats my goal.
    Some mentioned sucking in the belly and holding it for 30 seconds and do this when ever you can, will help posture too.
    Anyone else in the same boat

    Trust me, a good whipping is like a workout in the gym so I get plenty of exercise.

    Eat less & move more, I would say aim for smaller goals, say 1-2lb a week, lose half a stone & you will see the difference. That should spur you on.

    If you want to burn fat, exercise as fast as you can for 2 minutes, rest for a minute. Repeat this at least 7 times, your metabolic rate will stay raised twice as long as it would if you exercised for 20 minutes non stop, so you will burn twice as much fat.

    but I'm also a dab hand at over eating.
    I tend to eat more if bored or under- occupied so breaking these habits can help.
    I lost a lot of weight in a few months by cutting down on the eating. Many days I would eat breakfast and nothing else but that won't suit a lot of people.
    Try cutting out bread, biscuits, pasta, pizza, fast food for a few months and see what happens.
    Exercise classes of various sorts can be fun and other people around you can give you the motivation to continue -might take a while to get into them but you'll often have a few nice women to look at while you exercise :-)
    If you have time and do enough of it walking is also good.
