Two nights on the trot i have gone to bed and gone spark out but tonight and many nights i just cannot get to sleep - I would have to guess that watching the television in bed is partly to blame and reading in bed too just gets my mind racing........ apart from the obvious - dont watch TV or read can anybody suggest how one achieves the state of sleep - if so please do tell cos im sick of not being able to sleep.
