How can someone on this site claim to be able to make it legal.

Not with sex work isn't. I can work legally selling sex on my own. If I share my apartment it's no longer legal, even though I'm doing the same thing, but got a friend to make me a cuppa after there or visa versa.

That is a good good question. It used to be illegal to try and commit suicide, and illegal if you suceeded as well.
