    Default Review not showing?

    Hi guys,
    I submitted a review yesterday. When I finished, I got a strange pop up message with lots of computer mambo jumbo I didn't understand. I closed it. The review hasn't been published and is still showing as "new submission" in my reviews. Other reviews from yesterday are all up. Did I do something wrong, or do I need to do something to this.
