In Ireland and especially in the bigger cities Escorts don't seem to offer outcalls. I know there are reasons especially on safety grounds.

Market forces at play.
Many here do outcalls to hotels.
Some to apartments.
I don't blame them for not doing outcalls to an "unknown" in an apartment.
After G.Dwyer and recent events in Scotland, I'm sure they'll be queueing up to do such outcalls.
