CooleRuss is his name, and every post is a question or a serious of questions about the escort business or certain aspects of it. I think QPH should be engage to produce a dissertation on this topic to keep yer man happy. Does'nt really matter whether it's factual or not, as long as it's a well written and thought out piece that he can use in whatever publication employs him.
As for "langer", you'd really need to get a definition of that term from one of the Cork members. In Dublin, to be "langers" means to be drunk, but they have their own lingo down there, so it could mean something else entirely.
