I did , I did , I did !!!! !!! !!! Serious heart-rattling-happiness !!

Found her !!!

She was gone four days and change in the wilderness , little dog in a big strange dangerous world .


: Three days walking the fields and calling her name , this evening at 8.30pm she came flying into my arms

from under some huge pile of tree trunks and woodpiles , at the very end of an 'endless' huge field .

I am absolutely overjoyed , and so grateful for all your kindness and help in the process. (!!!)

Today just by sheer blind luck happen to talk to the right person at the right time at the right place , and after

some four / five sightings by other people , some close calls and near misses by 5mins (!!! : she got chased off

by a local dog just before I could get to her ; many hours more in the fields ) , I got her just as the

sun was going down. : She hasn't been seen at all since Monday !! God smiling on me / her / us !

She is ok , was very thirsty , but moderate on the food. Clever kid , she's managed somehow.

I cannot tell you how happy I am !! Me three days walking in the fields , yeay !! No sleep , nights on the Internet ;

Holiday temporarily deferred .

I have her back !

Me so happy !!



Tomorrow I will be in touch with the kennels where she's gone missing from (Canine Country Club -- Killeenmore , Sallins)

heading down there first thing in the morning .


It was good old fashioned footwork that did the job in this case.

Posters / flyers !!! And footwork !!! And talk to everyone ! Flag down cars , cajole the postman on his route and hand

posters to him , etc.

I would encourage everyone to do same in similar circumstances , in addition to all traditional venues (stores , internet ,

Vets offices , etc. )
