Ha have you any idea how much a divorce can cost? Tax breaks don't cover it and you would learn that the first time round, so not a reason for the 2nd, 3rd or 4th that's for sure.

yeah 50%+ but the thing is most marriages dont break up so divorce is irrelevant, whereas tax breaks are immediate and on going for the duration of the marriage.
