I am all for the death penalty, if and only if that person is 100% guilty.
There has been too many miscarriages of justice, where people have been framed so as to solve the crime,we all know what I,m talking about, as stated in some eariler post.
But deff a scumbag like Dwyer deserves a slow horrible death, maybe after 10 years in jail and let him pretend he is being set free, walk him to court yard full of death machines and ask him to pick one as thats,s the only way he,s getting out of that yard.
The sad part here is The Fuck up EU wants pc and phone records to curtailed in cases like these, him and scumbag O,Reilly could walk free yet!!!
Ya so lets hang them so they are gone forever and will never be a menace to society again

I have not read any argument to support the death penalty here. Does it stop violent crime?
Does it discourage it? It has not in the US and other jurisdictions that continue to use it.

Would it titillate another class of sick c*nt within the public? Probably...

Whether or not Ireland should have the death penalty is an academic argument.
A condition of membership of the European Union is that member countries do not have the death penalty.

Yes, many people deserve the drop, but one major reason why it was stopped was because too many innocent people were being hanged for crimes which they never committed.
In clear cut cases. Guilty beyond any doubt.

Explain why you think this would be a good idea?
