"Pre-op" misnomer!

The term “pre-op” insinuates a future impending operation to remove the penis and testicles and convert the scrotum into labia and a vagina. I honestly think that the vast majority of TS’s don’t ever intend getting their penises or testicles removed. They then wouldn’t be “chicks with dicks”, they’d just be “chicks”, and there are truck- loads of chicks out there!!

Part of the TS attraction is playing with their penis so why remove it.

Anyway, all of them are post-ops…breast implants and possible cheek and lip fillers also.

So the term “pre-op” should be changed to “+penis ” or “with penis”.
