Default This must be a mistake

When I read this review by zaxis130, I thought to myself why would they activate it when it's clearly a mistake.
The star ratings don't match what he wrote. Did they read it?

I have seen two other reviews like this in the last couple of months that were activated. The words were very complimentary but the reviewers had accidentally hit all the stars on the wrong side, giving all ones instead of fives. Dunno if they were corrected or not.

They need to implement a change to stop that, if it's happening so often.

I have for a considerable time, concluded that 1 and 2 red and yellow stars, with a glowing review within the body, is the new way of advertising.
Some people have to have the last word,
but they don't actually want you to stop talking,
as they like the sound of their own voices too much.

    Hey,
Thank you for bringing this one to our attention.
I think this is a clear case when the punter's intention was to award top star rating instead of the lowest.
Will let him know and rectify, have a fab day guys!

Marsha's latest review, with complimentary words has been activated with all options as one star, when the reviewer more likely intended 5s,I suspect.
