Yes bigpaws has given out the personal info of other members of this site and because of this I have reduced sympathy for him on this occassion. He has also made many positive contributions to this site in the past and is respected by many people here. However that doesn't excuse him being a complete idiot, which is why, a couple of weeks ago, he was barred for one month for posting someone's real name here several times.
Indeed. But you came on here advertising what you were doing via your own personal mail, and at the point you did that you brought this site into your business.

I am really shocked that you are letting him back here at all - yes i have said and done stuff but never have i done what he did, as in he built his own webblogger account and used my name etc., still got that mail never throwing it away as there was filth written on there about you........where he used your name your correct name, called your site a load of you know what and other stuff..........You know it was him as do I and you are going to let that filth come back onto your site........You think that anyone has really missed him as if you have then please come forward with your hands up.........
As i thought - not a one - the only thing he is a very disturbed swinger and i think you know that it was him that wrote that filth about you on a webblog......
He obviously has something over you and whatever it is let him not come back cos to be honest its been nice on here without him.........

Patricia......... you know just what he did - he opened a webblog account and called it some name under his own name then he put it in mine - sorry to say that on the new blog he sent or wrote your name - your real name not Patricia but your entire first and family name and slating your site escort - ireland saying it was shit..........if you dont have it and i do know that you do cos BBJ has it along with Rodeoman and a couple of others BBJ Cut and paste it and sent it to you........shortly after this he closed his account - i would imagine after you called him.........
The mail was from a Mr M H*****Y like your former Charles.......with a santapaws hotmail address i.e........... got it sent to a lot of folk on your site Patricia - and i do mean lots - the person calling themselves, Ron n Reg asked as did Clint as did Johnney Allen - also rodeo man..........all felt sick that he had done this to me - you knew it was him why would you let him back on to your site EVER........I wouldnt........how could you let him come back onto your site - he is just one short arse swinger who is probably the sickest person on your site..........You and I both know it.
People do wrong fine - they do things on your site fine all right and proper to deal with that but when they open a webblogger account to slag you off and your company and you think that is acceptable then i have to say as much as i adore you and Sarah - i would have to say you are Barking Bloody Mad.

I am not having a go at you here, you dealt with my issue very fairly and fast but I must point out that you ask what else has he done ?. Have you forgotten his vile references and inferences to family ? Comment’s like those drag this place to below gutter level. Also multiple vile posts, even in warning section as that username. And when banned his continuing to come back as others and also telling everyone how to bypass Ip identity, so to make your job even harder, and did you not read my copy of his comments in chatroom at the very moment that wasp got banned where he made it clear that he will continue this ? Is all that not worthy of any punishment ?
You said that you banned him via Ip’s and gave the impression that it was for good but now say that it is only for one month. You never informed us as to duration. One month for naming all those details Patricia is no deterrent (to everyone) at all and will not send out the message that this is unacceptable to you.
One month for potentially ruining a family ??? come on Patricia….get real. Both Escort and Client anonymity are the bedrock of this realm. If you do not impose a penalty commensurate to that core and fundamental transgression then this place falls apart and no one can have confidence in availing of this facility.
Again it is imperative that you post new rules and I concede that you got sidetracked by other things and also it’s a busy time of year but you should post them as soon as possible but if your proposed penalty is to be only one month for breaking rule number one of naming over and over again then Patricia………In all honesty you are only making a rod for your own back and any person who is considering being a mod should reconsider as they would be toothless and will be dealing with the same crap you have been wading through for months and just so happened to end when you banned a certain someone.
I welcome the opportunity to debate openly and fairly with anyone when they are confined to rules that I and most happily adhere to and not because we are forced kicking and screaming to.
I said before that the purpose of banning is to forcibly modify people’s behavior. If that has not happened then it is incumbent on you to continue to be fair or to install mods to be fair for you but the fact of the matter Patricia is that you have made the position of community mod nigh on intolerable by having such a measly punishment for such a huge (and repeated) transgression
You say he ‘is’ respected. I submit that that is now past tense as how could anyone not wallowing in the same gutter of ineptitude possibly have respect for someone who will stoop so low and remember that not ‘one’ person posted in his defense.
Your work load decreased in direct proportion to his trip trip to Holyhead. Unless he took a detour to Damascus then you’re workload will about turn and increase just as fast.
The very least that should be demanded (not asked, or hoped, but “demanded”) of “anyone” who has gone to such lengths to cause the most trouble possible is that if allowed back then their very first post on return is to give an undertaking to not repeat what got them banned in the first place for and if not, then banned permanently and ad infinitum. There then would be no excuse whatsoever….
It that really so much to ask or expect ?….
Again I say all this for the betterment of this place, it has been what it should be these past few weeks, a place of fun, if you do not seize this window of opportunity to copper fasten proper basic behavior in how we treat each other then that window will be on rusted hinges which you or some poor godforsaken mod will be pointlessly oiling for ever more.
Remember Patricia…..to avoid being repeatedly stung it is far better to grasp the nettle firmly then to brush lightly against it.
