    Just browsing the Escort Business section of the site, particularly about the law and the rights of a person under arrest being questioned at a garda station.

    It's worth noting that since May'14, a person under arrest being questioned by gardai DOES have the right to have their solicitor present during questioning. So maybe E-I might update that statement on the website

    Incidentally, I would strongly advise anyone under arrest and being questioned to have a legal professional present at all times. It has been known to occur repeatedly that suspects get asked irrelevant and/or trick questions that when answered truthfully and honestly, can come back to haunt them or others at a later time
