    What is it about Mondays? There must be a better way, maybe abolish the day or what?

    its called the monday blues. it stems from childhood where in the weekend was coming to an end and we had to go back to miserable school again. this then transfers into the job.

    sunday blues as well wherein people feel anxious on sunday for the same reason

    I know where it comes from, I'm not a child anymore & it no longer applies.
