regular problem getting through to Joy , when i did finally get her she was only doing morning sessions that week so didn't suit.If you are still a regular with her you should suggest she starts using an email address for bookings.
Do you know is she back to full days?

Ive been to her before and it was a 5pm appointment that I got then. I know she is away at the moment "for a few weeks".

Yes she is away will not b back again till about 25 I think
