a lot of gossip can be based on lies - peoole put an idea out there and ut will grow legs-

An example would be someone saying that the new website has been shelved- see there are always people thst would believe that and it could grow legs

You don't really have a choice on it, most gossips are talking before you can tune out. In my experience it's always incorrect, always nasty and always petty. So what's the point in it? Girls who gossip have little to do. Clients who gossip have little heart. Better to leave them all to screw each other eventually.
