Thread: Beef , Veal , Lamb , or Pork ? xx

Red face Beef , Veal , Lamb , or Pork ? xx

    I'm serious :

    What's your preference ?

I love mutton (Kathmandu or Any Style) , but early on in my days in Dub I had some lamb and it just tasted so Lamb-y !

    Like really gamey.

Been turned off it ever since , until last week (by accident) I bought some , and it's sort of okey-ish ..

Couple of days ago got some piggie ribs (yumm) , this evening it's sirloin (was picking up some bones for pups ,

what can I say ? Can't resist a good looking slab of meat ...)

(but I'm still not happy with the cuts )

    Tell me , what's your preference ?

I have a dream that I storm an abotoir and liberate the animals. I then spend until lunchtime
    processing the workers.

T-bone steak, medium rare, with pepper suace, and a carafe of burgundy. Wild mushrooms and sauté onions on the side.

    The best breakfast ever

I've always enjoyed a good sirloin steak Miss Stephanie, you can hardly go wrong with a nice cut of steak.

But since I'm no longer in Ireland, I really have been missing having lamb; I used to make a really good lamb stew, and a friend of mine make great lamb ribs and chops along with polenta!

I'm also missing the great cuts of pork loin, as Ireland has some of the best! I have yet to find an equivalent in my new location...

    Enjoy your cooking!
