This was the subject of a BBC radio documentary today. Link is here:

Running a brothel in NI is illegal and has been for a long time. If clients can find these brothels, it should be very easy for the PSNI to do the same and make arrests. No need for a new law on that one.

    Rightly said .
I was just surprised to see somebody building up business ( more girls , higher risk) instead of sizing down/become more invisible .

I can't say what these people are thinking, but if the BBC obtained knowledge of a brothel, they had a duty to inform the PSNI immediately. Police resources need to be concentrated on those who may be coerced, rather than the majority who are willing.

The Swedish Model has been proven to increase abuses against sex workers and increase traffcikng! It is a boon to nasty pimps, psychotic clients and traffickers and of course here some prominent NGOs lusting for its introduction will make a nice couple of pound out of it also, rem Ruhama has directly benefited from cash confiscated as fines in court against voluntary sex workers who then end up deported and nobody in the immigrant Council Of Ireland is never around to help them fight their cause!
It could also be a nice little earner in fines for our misgovernment, if they work it right!
    Ride them on the beaches!
