Perhaps an accident. Easy to hit 'profile' instead of 'last post' for example.

Clients check out other clients profiles when they come into chat to see if they are safe to talk to

Its very easy to hit the wrong username by mistake, then you have guys and escorts thinking I'm popular when it happened and we are checking them out, well not so, its a mistake I tell yous.
