    Thumbs up Property Price

Property is on the rise in most cities. At the crash I seen an apartment that was sold for 300 grand
plummet to about 100. It might be about 175 K now. Scary fluctuations?

I am self employed...still doing quite well, never made a quick buck, pure hard graft...have the holiday homes abroad and nice house in Ireland, decided to buy my kids 4 apts in 2005 in Dublin, they are worth half now of what I paid for them...have them rented but I would say since 08 I have probably subsidized the mortgages by over 100k....itpisses me off...all I was trying to do was look after my kids future and it has turned into a pain in the ass...and I watch all these politicians just retire and walk away on 100k plus pensions for the rest of there lives and no banker or regulater in jail....all retired off and the average Joe is left paying for there bad management..

They will return to where they were, that's a decade now. We live and learn.

I use to think that and have no other choice but what I thought would be a not to difficult investment as turned into a big headache....and if I gave them back and walked away they would pursue me and get judgement and put it against my home...no wonder I visit escorts....disillusioned with the whole lot of life...sofeck it why not..... it's abit of a treat for me.
