    Default ordering food

I ordered food today in a restaurant. It was not to my liking, I had one mouthful and couldn't finish any of it. Of course I paid for the meal. But would everyone else do the same?

Of course. I do it often as I'm picky about food, but if there was nothing wrong with it of course you must pay for it. I hope this isn't a strange analogy.

If the food was iffy, i'm going to help the business by explaining that.
if it was me trying vindaloo for the first time, i would pay for my education.

If the food didn't taste good because it was badly cooked or if it was gone off then its the restaurants fault and you should say something about it. If it was that you just didn't like the natural taste of something well then its your own fault for ordering it in the first place

no strange analagy. I was just disappointed with a meal but I was told the taste of that particular food is naturally very salty.
