    I am somebody who can remember interest-rate back in 1991 or thereabouts when they were nearly 18%

    Democracy - tyranny by the 50.01% is still tyranny.

    I remember the Scottish Independence vote, the final split in the end was 53%/47% in favor of "No" I think (too lazy to look up the figures now). I mean... what do the 47% do? They can't very well leave the country and they're still quite a proportion of the population. Just one example.
