    Cop Jailhouse

    I often read that judges are sparing on jail terms and you see comments about that, such as:
    "isn't long enough for the bastard"

    So, have you done time? Does it change people? Does it change for the better?
    and anything else you may like to contribute.

    It would be severe. But the victim has lost more than eight years?
