apparently it takes 24 hours , wow i though it was straight away anyway keep your eyes peeled

if you submitted the review after 6pm it will be up tomorrow after 10 am as it has to be veryfied by moderators

It depends on what time you submitted the review and also how busy the Mods are with other reviews — you should expect to see it tomorrow sometime.
