How early is too early to phone an escort to make a booking?

I'm guessing if she has 24hrs on her profile, then there's no such thing as 'too early' or 'too late' regarding when to ring her... but what if she has her start time as 10am and you want an early booking... when's a good time to call then? 8? 8:30? 9?...

I'd stick to calling within her advertised working hours. If you need an early appointment then you could always call the previous day to arrange it.

At 10am when she turns her phone on ,

or the night before , if you'd like a 10am booking

With someone I have not met before I ask for half an hour notice for a booking, so if I'm advertising a 10 am start, then 930am would be acceptable for me.

if you want an early morning appointment, I personally think you should book the day/evening before x
