You will always have demand and hence a supply. The same with drugs. No matter what the DEA does or who is arrested, like El Chapo, as long as 20% of north americans want to sniff cocaine, there will be a supply. (The 20% figure i am taking from the film sicario.) EL chapo is up in court. His second in command Ismael something has taken the reins. If the second command got sent to jail, then someone else will just take his place. The point i am trying to make is that as long as there is demand, there will always be a supply. Perhaps not from mexico.

Secondly, it does not matter what you do. Completely legalize prostitution and there will be negatives. Completely criminalize it, and there will be negatives. In ireland they should have just left it the way it was before this new law came in.
