It sounds like your mind is made up about what you want to do, otherwise you wouldn't be rationalising why you wouldn't take the advice. The choice is yours to make, and if people can not be made aware of the circumstances, their advice is invalid anyway.

I just don't think this applies to escorts. I am a particularly generous sort of fool and my generosity/ stupidity has been abused more than once but only once by an escort. I guess the point I am trying to make is that where a substantial sum of money is involved even close friends can be tempted, often through force of circumstances, to abandon a friendship.

I've "lent" money to escorts many times, though in my own mind I never considered them to be loans because I never truthfully held any hopes of ever getting the money back. I did it out of good nature.

I've always considered myself to be quiet street smart and savvy. But one such "loan" I made - or long series of loans more like - ended up costing me dearly in ways that went far beyond the money. The lesson for me was not only to never again do anything like loaning money to an escort, but it went as far as never again visiting an escort. That was over 2 years ago and even though I used to visit escorts all the time for many years, I have not returned since being stung.

The advice I offer out of experience - take it or leave it - never EVER let things between punter and escort go beyond a business transaction, whether that involves money or anything else. I have paid a terrible price for doing so and it's something that will have to stay with me for the rest of my days.

Thanks for your input mate , has happened to me on 3 occasions and does leave a very bad taste in the mouth , suppose these con artists rely on clients being to embarrassed ( or appear foolish ) to say to much about being stung but if nothing we can at least warn what friends we have here
