    Angry Getting fat at Christmas time

    Bloody easy unfortunately. Any tips to deal with the problem other than cutting back on festive goodies and exercise ?

    Laxatives. It's the only option you haven't discounted in your OP.

    Jeez, that sounds so indulgent,sorta gross . What brands do you recommend that wont tear your innards out !

    And of course enemas......I like microlax, and fleet enemas. But you must be in close proximity to a toilet,,,takes abut 5 minutes to work....I find when travelling I get very constipated,and the microlax are small, easily carried and work quick.
