a person can be good looking on first appearances but then later display aspects of their character that makes them unattractive. a sense of entitlemnt, demmanding personality or begrudging personality. this applies to clients escorts an people every where imo.

Yeah, I would go along with that if it were not for such comments such as, 'about 20 years older', 'saggy skin and stretch marks' and 'really ugly' (etc.). This is about the literal definition of unattractive, not the semantics of having 'an ugly personality'.
