    Default 34 weight loss days to xmas day.

    Im going go start my tread here to keep a diary of how im doing. It b like something to keep me motivated lol.

    Day 1= 99.4 kg in morning
    Exercise= 12 kilometres cardio, 20 sit ups and 10 push ups.
    Food= cornflakes 2 apples 3 oranges tea with half spoon
    sugar 1 fillet chicken and nuts.
    Weight = 89.7 kg
    Total loss =0.7kg

    now, did you have your shite before or after you weighed yourself? and did you rehydrate properly after the exercise (or at least back to being non thirsty and pissing a light coloured yellow fluid?) if not I have some bad news. check the weight weekly not daily to see how you are really doing

    I actually did my kilometres in the morning and plenty of water during the day lol. And I just after having a shite about 10 mins ago so o should be a bit lighter now

    just noticed you talking nuts nuts are mostly fat, just sayin..

    i think you can weight yourself as much you want and many times you want as any loss will make you feel stronger to keep going so mic1980 tell us every 5 mins how much is your weight lol
