First timer looking for the perfect date

I am new here. Been wanting to book an appointment with someone for a while now but never had the balls to do it. So here i am now looking to book a memorable session with the right lady. I am not sure how to find the right person so i figured i will post my requirements here and see what response i get.

I am looking for a long date (2 or more hours). I am looking to have a conversation over some wine. I prefer to meet the lady at her place but i can arrange a hotel if need be. I live in Dublin so naturally i prefer to meet someone in Dublin but i wouldnt mind travelling too. As far as favourites are concerned ,I am looking for just the normal stuff and nothing weired but we can discuss the details via phone or Pm me here.
