I don't know the answer to no.6, but I'd be rewriting the code to limit him to 3 threads per 24 hours. I'd even learn php to do it.

I like him and all, and sometimes he's funny - and everyone's got the right to express themselves - but his threads force other ones with more serious discussions off the front page. Many people don't bother looking to page 2 or any further. That's unfortunate, but true.

Judging by the high quality of the ladies we have had in the time since I posted the plea and some conversations with them I'd say it was reasonably successful.
