I always have done that.....i even had a slight problem couple of days ago when i seen it,i tought it was promblem of the earth:eek ,and that was reason for removing my amateur pictures asap from here etc,.....

Pat was more than helpfull,she was one i PM'd strait way.

Things got dealt with and sorted out,and there s no drama on the board,no nothing,people who did not noticed things dont even know about the issue,and people who seen havent realized what it s for.

So,i m not going to sing glory songs or something,but Pat is the best....

E-I staff is unique also,especially Sarah as i ve come across her more than the rest of them when dealing with advertising,at least that s what i m thinking but probably only ones who know the best are only themself.

Lately coming across Nicole i have noticed she have same abilitys dealing with stuff too and to be honest,they could be twins workwise.

Personally speaking of me,i am very happy about everything here and the way things are dealt with.

I hear yah Anna its just that up till lately people responded in kind to horrible things said to them mainly out of knowing that they were on their own and E-I would not take action either fast enough or not at all.
If they know that if they have a valid issue and know as I now know that they will act.then there is no need to slug it out on boards and that in turn starves any bully’s of the oxygen of reaction that they need to thrive as one died on the vine of late and if on return has not modified his behavior will just be on a conveyor belt back and forth to Holyhead and there is scant sustenance on such a monotonous voyage and all will feel the effects of seasickness and he will be akin to the Marie Celeste adrift with nare a port nor willing crew.

Patricia has shown she wishes peoples behavior to improve and also shows that she will impose some sanction to that end if only to give her a bit of peace and who can blame her and she did deal with my issue very quickly and even went further then I asked and removed those fake posts that were all over the place even in the warning section which I have always avoided as it is the most important section here and should not have rubbish posted in it.

Now to things you mention about E-I being prompt about things like updating photos and stuff of an office nature is different and id imagine that takes up a lot of E-I’s time but my main point is E-I’s new insistence on better behavior on boards and wish them well in hopefully going ahead with posting new rules or else mods at some point is well worth having a good go at doing.

Just on Sarah, I can’t praise her enough, she has a tough job and gotten unfair stick now and again but she went to effort on something for me and I thank her for that E-I are very lucky to have her.

Also after seeing the blog and the posts, it is now more apparent than ever that commuinity mods are needed,note the plural.Yes a few mods are undoubtedly needed and that blog link and the associated posts only confirm that.Through no fault of E-I staff the posts and bullshit associated with them were not removed for sometime.Therefore it only stands to reason that ,if a team of sdeveral mods exsisted then it would have being seen and removed sooner.

Thanks West but the people have spoken and I could only mod on generic issues as I would not be in a position to know what a Client or Escort might do in some matter or other. Even after what he did I still defend anyones right to plain talking but they have to obey the rules and he has shown beyond doubt that he will never do that and choose yet again to use my parent as a weapon against me and I say here and now that will only make me more determined and I still defend his right not to have anything bad said about his family but he refuses to extend that courtesy to me and will do this again to any of us simply because up to date he got away with it and for some bizarre reason he choose to name me in pursuit of his wish for Highway to be banned for typing a common first name…. Now if anyone can explain that logic to me I am all ears.

If mods ever do happen he will devote every ounce of his time to attacking who ever is a mod so clear rules and protection needs to be put in place for them first.

Its also important to have a balance of gender in mods and yes in an ideal world it would be best if things like the details about me were seen and removed as fast as possible but the reality is even if only up for a minute it is still out there in the ether and its purpose in being posted is served so really and truly all that is needed is for a mod or two in rotation to check in once a day and remove stuff like that and crucially for mods to be able to ban anyone doing that level of potential harm to someone when it is beyond doubt in breach of rules.

I would ask that the posting of my details be used as a wake up call to tighten up this place and bring in mods as its no big deal to me but if this happened to be one of you then its entirely possible that an entire family could be in ruins today just as before so how many times must this happen.

It is a small punishment to have a profile deleted and just come back as another in exchange for ruining an entire family so people have to be banned via IP or else when its obvious it’s the same person. You only have to look above for proof of this.
