I would have thought talking to some clients on the phone might be a little like going thro' an interview .Guys with endless questions when booking -but I 'm only guessing.

Funny that. I think my perspective on interviews have always been a bit skewed, as I've always considered them to be about what I can get out of working in that company/job. If I don't like the person interviewing me, likely I won't enjoy working for them, so I wouldn't take the job. It's the same with this. Oh having a bit of character is a big plus. I kind of like 'quirky' and I also like 'shy', so you should be fine. I'm not keen on arrogance, or hagglers and I really dislike show offs, so anyone telling me they have a 15" **** and they will do x, y and z is not going to get anything with me.
