So why don't they ban leaks from water pipes?
That will shut everyone up and magically solve the Irish Water Problem.

Then if they did that they would not be getting those big wages packets, now would they And wouldnt be able to make things even worse for those with low incomes who then spend what little money they have to protest about the water charges hence making even things worse for those who cant afford to pay the water charges.
