    Okay, we have all been wondering when this new law to criminalise the purchase of sex would be in effect, and we now know the details.

    In Northern Ireland, from 1st June 2015, it will become a criminal offence to pay for sexual services. "Clause 15", formally known as "Clause 6", will:

    And even more amusingly, Lord Morrow tried to make it an offence to pay to watch someone touching themselves, which was heavily opposed as this would widen the scope of the law to criminalise lap dancing, strip clubs and kissograms:
