Its marriage and work people. You see people reporting those on the dole doing work for cash in hand. Thats because people are greedy and want to see everyone working and being married.

Its true what they say though, the more economically advanced a society becomes, the more unhappy the society becomes. GREEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD DDDD

Sad but true. People will generally gravitate to that which bolsters or mirrors their own ingrained opinions, however misguided or ill informed they are. It takes a special effort to change, most people are unwilling.

You're probably missing about 3 zeros off that figure.

Just prepare for more utter sensationalism from the media in the coming months especially from those tabloid rags when this bill is bought into the limelight again. They'll have their usual biased my life as a sex slave stories. But they never show the positive side but there's a reason for that positive and in the case for most of these rags factual stories don't sell newspapers.

Lots of secular,non-religious people will support the proposed law criminalising clients. Many modern young people will also support it. It's not just church people and women in favour

Rightly said. The newspaper should be asked to quote their source and provide evidence to support their knowledge of 90 trafficked sexy working in Galway. They should also be asked if they knew of this why they did not bring the source to the attention of the police or present said evidence to them (which i strongly suspect they do not have). clearly they plucked the numbers from the sky.

Some people have to have the last word,
but they don't actually want you to stop talking,
as they like the sound of their own voices too much.

yea people want their views vindicated.......they dont want to read a story that contradicts their views or else they wont buy the paper and hence the paper (especially the tabloids) adjust their viewpoints to tailor the buyer.

the sunday tribune was one of the better papers and went bust because they wouldnt talk about celebrity shite and had generally top notch journalists who said it as it was (in general). Instead we are left with the sunday independent with their stupid magazine with stupid celebrities who have achieved nothing in life. That magazine makes me want to kill......again
