Default What really is the point of the review system?

What is the point of it?

I recently see an old friend has arrived back in Belfast who I gave a N/A to about a month ago for basically wasting my time. I now see that she has opted out of reviews and my reviews have been reduced from 6 to 5.

Now I thought the review system was to enable guys to evaluate wither it was worth visiting a girl on the strength of reviews.

But surely if a girl can get a bad review and decide to withdraw from reviews is a bad thing in that it's both decieving potential customers and making a mockery of the whole system.

What's to stop this girl wasting someone elses time or a girl who was completely going through the motions wasting anothers time.

I know there are girls that have negative or N/A reviews and some have been quite nice girls and I feel that these girls could be overlooked because of their reviews. Even if they have vastly improved their services/attitude that caused he bad reviews in the first place.

Imo either everybody gets reviewed or nobody gets reviewed, just don't see it as being fair.

The review system has its faults but on the whole it is a valuable enough way to get some idea of what an escort is like. I went to my Mistress based on a review I read on her profile and now I'm her slave. If a lady opts out of the review system then it is at her own risk, I would never had visited a girl without reviews so if she is repeatedly getting bad reviews and pulls out then clients will probably guess she is no good and not visit her. If a lady has nothing to hide then she will allow reviews.
In this case the silence (as in opting out) speaks volumes of the service.

"Opted out of reviews" is a sort of negative review that a girl gives herself.
There can be genuine reasons why people opt out other than that she has got one or more negatives, but I still regard opt-outs with suspicion.
As well as giving other people’s opinions, reviews, I think, tend to “keep people honest”. If you go to someone who doesn’t allow reviews, if she is only in the area for a few days, what is to prevent them from giving mediocre service? I know many people who have opted-out give good service, but if I haven’t seen them before, that is always on my mind.

I would add, that, in my opinion, with all its faults and the caveat that it has to be used with common-sense and intelligence, the reviews system is one of the good points of EI.
It means that if you are meeting someone for the first time, you are not going in completely blind.

As an escort, I despise timewasters and I am sure that as a client.....your time is equally valuable so for someone to mess you about, I can see why you'd be really pissed off HOWEVER with that being said as an escort we miss out on a lot of money whereas you as the client still have your money fully intact in your wallet or you could just save it for someone else more reliable who deserves your money.

A text message to cancel goes a long way whether it's the escort or the client, just ignoring the person is the height of bad manners.

I have to say though......I personally don't think there should be any such thing as an N/A review. I think a review should be based on an actual booking whether it be positive or negative. I also think that indifferent (neutral) reviews are a little petty as they tend to be based on 2 strangers not clicking which does happen from time to time, I had a client yesterday who I tried my best with but eventually gave up trying because it was like trying to get blood from a stone so if he were to leave a review then I'd imagine it would be a neutral because I didn't do anything wrong, we just didn't click and that's not exactly my fault.

    Thanks for the repsonses guys.

I get what you are saying and I too would never go to see a lady who has opted out of reviews. Infact this lady in question had two reviews when I tried to visit which has made me only go to see highly reviewed girls.

Have to be careful with who I see until June before I go quiet on this hobby for a while anyway which is a good idea to stic with the plan.

Just thin it's ridiculous that a lady can opt out of reviews because of one single N/A/negative review.

I agree with most of that but in the case and lady I'm talking about, we never actually met. I got to where she told me to go to, I rang she told me to go somewhere I couldn't find. Lot of people about so thought better to text to find exactly where to go to. No response so after 20 mins, I text her to say I was cancelling and by this time it was too late for me to arrange another option.

This is where the N/A is needed, as you can't give a negative to someone you never met as that gives the impression that the lady is bad, when she could be a nice person, just a bit ignorant when it comes to directions or answering calls/texts.

Tis her choice though, and shes's entitled to do it.

Who are we to question an escorts decision whatever the reason.

So you'd be happy to boo the lady in question and have your time wasted because you didn't know she has a habit of doing that?

    That's cool

If she gave you directions and you couldn't find the place its hardly her fault, you have to take some of the blame. In my opinion that doesn't deserve a N/A in the first place
