Question Having a good cry does it make you feel better?

Having a good cry does it make you feel better?

I just opened an email sent to me which had some lovely photos of my dog who I am missing like crazy and it’s been ages since I last saw him so had a little bit of or should I be honest here and say, cried my bloody eyes out nearly!
So when for whatever reason you feel sad and have a good cry, may it be missing a family member, other more personal reasons or just watching a sad movie, does having, a good cry does it make you feel better afterward or not?

Yes,it makes me feel a little better when I do it ,every 10 years or so-but I am only a minimalist crier anyway-more watery eyes than any thing.
It's different for girls" or so some song or other whose name escapes me,claims anyhow.

I think when it is a very hard moment it's a relief for the soul and helps to calm down. By the way i need a box of tissue for every single romantic and sad movies. I think i even cried on the Tangled.. there was a very emotional part there!

LVT hope your dog is alright and you can see him soon. x

Ah that's sad. I know how it feels once i had to leave a dog in an other continent. Was very hard times for both of us. If you need a good cry i can recommend Odd life of Timothy Green. Beautiful movie. xx
