I've been there in '98, '99 & '01 when U2 played and that was the best gig I was at in a great venue like I stated already...

that's a fair chunk of time there since you were last there!

I was there in 2009 for Oasis [2nd last gig b4 they broke up, think there last ever gig was Manchester or Birmingham], i still only know 1 song which is Wonderwall but there a superb band . talented musicians! love when i hear an oasis song on the radio.

i don't know if any1 was in Slane in 2009 but the management of buses was ridiculous , we were sitting on the bus for 3 hours! ended up in Dublin city centre at 4am , we were on the bus at 12
