For the first time since the foundation of the state all the top portfolios in the legal, justice and law enforcement areas
are held by women, the circle was completed today when Noirin O Sullivan was appointed Garda Comissioner
We now have a female Chief Justice of the Supreme Court ,a female DPP a female Attorney General , a female
minister for Justice and finally a female Garda Comissioner.
I wonder will there be priorities in which areas of law enforcement resources are concetrated on, for instance with all these
females in power will they focus more heavily on the Sex Industry . The minister for Justice appears to be of that mind
and with a female comissioner there may be more resources pushed in that direction
