  1. Default The Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Bill is due to be published later this week!!! OMG

The Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Bill is due to be published later this week.

The Minister for Justice Frances Fitzgerald brought a memo to Cabinet on the issue seeking approval to prepare legislation to criminalise the purchase of sexual services without criminalising the sellers of the services this Tuesday!!!!!

She says that it's her aim is to put the burden of the legal system on those who avail of prostitution.

It's detailed legislation, containing 70 sections, will include measures to broaden the definitions of some sexual offences and strengthen measures so that offences will be easier to prosecute.

This could be law by the end of next year and thereafter the cops will be waiting for us outside the apartments with the evidence that we have been into see a lady and we will be automatically caught up in legal proceedings

Life in 2016 will never be the same again

Honestly do you think that the Gardaí have no other crimes to tackle & that there's enough Gardaí to sit outside apartments?
