My opinion, it is not the same. Of course no confirmation beforehand till a certain time and i won’t keep the booking, that is obvious, no harm done than.
But i think it is just rude just leave it like that. Especially those bookings made in a proper way, in advance, with pm.
It is not time wasting but not cancelling either.

    What is your opinion?
It is a bit of time wasting, if you exchanged a few pms and there was an intention/promise of a visit in a certain day/time.

I am not into pm bookings anymore because even forum members can take the piss sometimes.

Are you actually that stupid or do you just act stupid? The client I was talking about today was once a regular and he DID text me to cancel.

This thread is questioning whether or not a person who doesn't confirm or cancel is a timewaster.

    Jeeeeze wuman, your hard work

Yeah that's unfortunate. I know I am not a timewaster though so I do get annoyed when people waste my time xx

I was on a bus en-route to visit an escort and had to ring her with the excuse "sorry I'm late but my bus is on fire".

Happily she said it was fine and boy was it worth the effort!
The above post, and many post on e-i, is for humour and myrth and therefore cannot be taken as intelligent or well grammatically/factually engineered.

    This man is not clever

It's really no different than what we have to do in a good restaurant we must confirm and the restaurant always calls me a day or so in advance to check that I am coming as they don't want to lose the business
